1. The whole line can do automatic filling capping working function.
2. The filling machine have Servo motor piston,weighing type,gravity type etc, It can be selected according to different specific requirements.
3. The capping machine has single head manipulator type,rotary screw type,press liner type etc,It can be selected according to different caps specific requirements.
4. All filling machine pipe use quick-change connector which easy to be cleaned.
5. Height and space between filling heads can be changed quick and easy to operate.
6. All filling valve use new type three way valve instead of traditional valve by general manufacturer.
7. All filling heads are servo diving mode,can be diving from the bottom of bottle to start filling and in the filling process which has fast and slow filling speed adjustment.
8. The Automatic filling capping labeling machine line can be connected with automatic packing machine system and palletizer.

The equipment shall be cleaned and waxed first, then wrapped with wrapping film, then covered with vacuum moisture-proof bag, and finally put into plywood wooden box meeting export requirements.
